Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs how you may use the website, services, software, AI systems, and deliverables provided by Amatrons Technologies Pvt Ltd. By using our services or website, you agree to comply with this policy. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your access or engagement.

01Who This Policy Applies To

This AUP applies to:

  • All visitors to amatrons.com
  • All clients and organisations who engage Amatrons Technologies for services
  • Employees, contractors, and representatives of client organisations who use deliverables or systems created by Amatrons
  • Any person or entity who accesses or uses any AI system, software, tool, or platform built or managed by Amatrons Technologies

By using our website or services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this policy. If you are using our services on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to this policy.

02Permitted Use

You may use our website and services for lawful purposes in accordance with your service agreement. Permitted uses include:

  • Accessing information about Amatrons Technologies' services for legitimate business evaluation
  • Using AI systems, automation tools, and software delivered by Amatrons for your own internal business operations
  • Sharing deliverables with employees and team members within your organisation as needed for business operations
  • Downloading publicly available content for your own personal, non-commercial reference
  • Contacting us through authorised channels for business enquiries, support, or feedback

03Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited when using our website, services, or deliverables:

Legal & Ethical Violations

  • Using our services for any purpose that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful under the laws of India, the United States, the European Union, or the UAE
  • Using our AI systems to generate, distribute, or promote illegal content including hate speech, defamatory content, or material that incites violence
  • Impersonating any person or entity or misrepresenting your affiliation with any organisation
  • Engaging in deceptive, misleading, or manipulative practices that harm consumers or competitors

Intellectual Property Violations

  • Reproducing, distributing, or reselling deliverables or content without prior written authorisation
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access the source code of proprietary software or AI systems
  • Removing or altering any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices from deliverables
  • Using our brand assets, name, or logo without explicit written permission

Technical Misuse

  • Attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems, servers, or databases
  • Transmitting viruses, malware, or any code designed to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorised access to systems
  • Conducting denial of service attacks or any form of automated abuse against our website or systems
  • Scraping, crawling, or harvesting data from our website without authorisation
  • Interfering with or circumventing any security features of our website or services

04AI Systems & Automation

When using AI systems and automation tools built by Amatrons Technologies, you agree to the following additional conditions:

  • You will not use AI systems to generate spam, unsolicited bulk communications, or deceptive content intended to mislead recipients
  • You will not use AI-generated outputs to impersonate a human being in contexts where the recipient has a reasonable expectation of human interaction and is not informed of the AI nature of the communication
  • You will maintain appropriate human oversight of all automated workflows and will not use AI systems for high-stakes decisions (medical, legal, financial) without qualified human review
  • You will not use AI systems to process personal data in violation of applicable data protection laws
  • You will comply with the terms of service of all third-party AI providers (including OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, and others) integrated into systems we build for you

CAN-SPAM & Anti-Spam Compliance: If AI automation tools are used for email or messaging, you are responsible for ensuring compliance with CAN-SPAM (USA), CASL (Canada), GDPR (EU/UK), and any other applicable anti-spam laws in your target markets.

India โ€” DPDP Rules 2025 (AI Systems): As required under the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules 2025, Amatrons Technologies ensures that algorithmic tools and AI systems used in the processing of personal data do not create risks to the rights of Data Principals. Clients who receive AI systems built by Amatrons that process personal data of Indian residents must ensure those systems comply with the DPDP Act 2023 and DPDP Rules 2025, including purpose limitation, data minimisation, and consent management obligations. You must not use AI systems we build to process personal data for purposes beyond those disclosed in your own privacy notice to your users.

USA โ€” State Opt-Out Rights: Residents of California, Virginia, Colorado, Texas, Connecticut, and 15+ other US states have the right to opt out of targeted advertising, profiling, and the sale or sharing of their personal data under applicable state privacy laws. If you use AI systems or marketing automation tools we build that target US residents, you must honour opt-out signals and provide a clear opt-out mechanism in your own privacy notice. You must not use our systems to circumvent Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where legally required to honour them.

UAE โ€” Consent Withdrawal: Under the UAE PDPL (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021), users must be able to withdraw consent at any time, and consent withdrawal must be as easy as giving consent. You must not use AI systems or automation tools we build to make it harder for UAE residents to withdraw consent than to give it. This obligation applies to all entities processing the personal data of UAE residents, including those outside the UAE.

05Data & Privacy

When using our services or any system we build that processes personal data, you agree to:

  • Provide only personal data that you have the lawful right to process and share
  • Comply with GDPR, CCPA, India's DPDP Act, and all applicable data protection laws relevant to the data you provide
  • Not input sensitive personal data (health data, financial data, government IDs) into AI systems unless specifically designed, secured, and agreed for that purpose
  • Maintain your own Privacy Policy and consent mechanisms if you use our deliverables to collect data from end users
  • Promptly notify us if you become aware of any data breach involving systems or data we have access to

06Content Standards

Any content you submit to us (via forms, email, project briefs, chat, or any other channel) must not:

  • Be false, misleading, or deceptive
  • Be defamatory, obscene, offensive, or discriminatory on any grounds
  • Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party
  • Violate the privacy or confidentiality rights of any individual or organisation
  • Contain malicious code or links to harmful content
  • Constitute unsolicited advertising or spam

We reserve the right to refuse to process or act on any content that violates these standards.

07Security Responsibilities

Where we provide you with credentials, API keys, access tokens, or logins to access systems or platforms, you are responsible for:

  • Keeping all credentials secure and confidential
  • Not sharing credentials with unauthorised individuals
  • Immediately notifying us if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your credentials
  • Using strong passwords and enabling multi-factor authentication where available

You accept responsibility for all activity conducted under your credentials. We are not liable for any loss resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

08Use of Deliverables

Deliverables produced by Amatrons Technologies (websites, AI systems, automation workflows, content, etc.) are licensed or transferred subject to your service agreement. Unless your agreement explicitly states otherwise:

  • Deliverables are licensed for your own internal business use only
  • You may not resell, sublicense, or white-label deliverables to third parties
  • You may not use deliverables to compete directly with Amatrons Technologies
  • You may not claim authorship of AI systems, software, or technical frameworks built by Amatrons in a way that misleads third parties about their origin

09Consequences of Violations

Violations of this AUP may result in, at our sole discretion:

  • Immediate suspension or termination of access to our website or services
  • Termination of your service agreement without refund
  • Legal action for damages, injunctive relief, or both
  • Reporting of unlawful activity to relevant law enforcement authorities
  • Recovery of costs and legal fees arising from the violation

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of an AUP violation before taking action where doing so would not compromise security, legal obligations, or the interests of affected third parties.

10Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any activity that violates this Acceptable Use Policy โ€” whether by another user, client, or third party โ€” please report it to us at legal@amatrons.com.

We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly. We may not be able to disclose the outcome of investigations due to confidentiality obligations, but we will acknowledge receipt of your report within 5 business days.

11Policy Updates

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or best practices. We will notify existing clients of material changes via email or through our client portal. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

11bIndia โ€” DPDP Act 2023 & Grievance Officer

For users and clients in India, this Policy is subject to the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and DPDP Rules 2025. As mandated under Rule 9 of the DPDP Rules 2025, Amatrons Technologies has designated a Grievance Officer whose details are published below.

If you believe your personal data has been used in violation of this Policy or the DPDP Act, or if you wish to exercise your rights under the DPDP Act (access, correction, erasure, grievance redressal), please contact our Grievance Officer:
