Data residency: all lead data is processed and stored within your existing CRM infrastructure (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) which already has EU Standard Contractual Clauses. No lead data touches Amatrons servers post-deployment.

Right to erasure: because data lives in your CRM, deletion is handled through your existing GDPR workflows — no separate process needed. We provide a written Data Mapping Document for your Records of Processing Activities (Article 30) on request.
