Amatrons Technologies Pvt Ltd

Amatrons Technologies Pvt Ltd is committed to ensuring that our website, amatrons.com, is accessible to all users regardless of disability, impairment, or assistive technology. We believe that digital accessibility is a fundamental right and are actively working to improve the accessibility of our web presence in accordance with international standards.

01Our Commitment

We are committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, including individuals with disabilities. We aim to comply with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our accessibility standard.

Amatrons Technologies recognises that accessibility is an ongoing process. We continuously review and improve our website and digital products to identify and address barriers that may prevent users with disabilities from accessing our content or services.

Our accessibility efforts are guided by the following principles — that all users should be able to perceive, operate, understand, and interact with our website content robustly, regardless of the technology they use.

02Conformance Status

This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partial conformance means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard. We are actively working to address these gaps, and we are targeting WCAG 2.2 AA as our upgrade path as the EU updates EN 301 549.

03What We've Done

The following accessibility features and improvements have been implemented on our website:

✅ Semantic HTML Structure

Pages use proper heading hierarchies (H1–H4), landmark roles, and semantic elements to aid screen reader navigation

✅ Keyboard Navigation

All interactive elements (menus, buttons, forms, links) are operable via keyboard without requiring a mouse

✅ Colour Contrast

Text and interactive elements meet WCAG 2.1 AA contrast ratio requirements (minimum 4.5:1 for body text)

✅ Alt Text for Images

Meaningful images include descriptive alt text; decorative images use empty alt attributes

✅ Responsive Design

The website is responsive and usable at up to 400% zoom without horizontal scrolling on standard viewports

✅ Form Labels

All form inputs are properly labelled and include error identification and descriptive instructions

🔄 Video Captions

Closed captions are being added to all video content on the website (in progress)

📋 ARIA Enhancements

Additional ARIA roles and live regions for dynamic content updates are planned for upcoming releases

04Known Limitations

Despite our best efforts, some content on our website may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA requirements. The known limitations at the time of this statement are:

  • Third-party embedded content: Some embedded widgets and tools from third-party providers (such as calendar booking tools, chatbots, and video players) may not fully meet accessibility standards. We are working with providers to address this.
  • Video captions: Some older video content does not yet have closed captions. We are prioritising the addition of captions to all video content.
  • Complex data visualisations: Some interactive charts and data visualisations may not be fully accessible to screen reader users. Text alternatives are being developed.
  • PDF documents: Some PDF documents available on the site may not be fully tagged for accessibility. Accessible versions are being prepared.

If you encounter any accessibility barrier not listed here, please contact us. We will endeavour to provide accessible alternatives or resolve the issue within 30 business days of notification.
