Is this NDA legally binding?
Yes. A digital signature is legally valid under the US ESIGN Act, UK Electronic Communications Act 2000, EU eIDAS Regulation, UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 46 of 2021, and the Indian IT Act 2000. Your IP address, timestamp, and email confirmation are all recorded as evidence of intent to sign.
Is this NDA mutual — does it protect both sides?
Yes — this is a mutual NDA. Amatrons Technologies Pvt Ltd is equally bound by the same confidentiality obligations as you. We cannot disclose, share, or use your information for any purpose other than evaluating your project. Both parties are protected equally from the moment of signing.
How long does the NDA last?
The NDA remains in force for five (5) years from the date of signing. The exact expiry date is calculated automatically and printed in your signed PDF. Early termination requires mutual written consent from both parties.
What do I receive after signing?
Immediately after signing you receive a beautifully formatted PDF sent to your email from business@amatrons.com. The PDF includes both parties' details, the full NDA text, your drawn signature, Parimal Roy's signature, the Amatrons official stamp, a unique reference number (AMT-NDA-YYYY-XXXX), and the signing timestamp.
Does signing the NDA commit me to working with Amatrons?
No — not at all. Signing the NDA simply means we can have an open, honest conversation without either party holding back. It does not obligate you to proceed with any project, pay anything, or engage Amatrons in any capacity. You can walk away after the discovery call — no questions asked, no follow-up pressure.
What if my country is not listed in the dropdown?
Select "Other" from the dropdown. The NDA will default to English and Welsh law — a widely recognised neutral international framework. If you require a specific jurisdiction, email us at business@amatrons.com and we will prepare a custom NDA for you within one business day.
Who signs on behalf of Amatrons?
Parimal Roy, Founder and Director of Amatrons Technologies Pvt Ltd, signs every NDA personally. His actual signature and the official Amatrons company stamp are embedded into every PDF generated by this system. There is no automated signature — it is Parimal's real signature on file.
Can I use my own NDA template instead?
Yes. If your company has its own NDA template, email it to business@amatrons.com. Parimal will review it and, if the terms are reasonable, sign and return it within one business day. This self-serve system is a convenience — it is not mandatory if you prefer your own documentation.
