No. Parimal reads every submission and responds with an honest assessment. If we're not the right fit, we'll tell you directly — and suggest alternatives where we can. No pressure, no follow-up sequences, no automated drip campaigns.
How quickly will you actually respond?
Within 4 business hours during Mon–Fri, 09:00–18:30 IST. For US clients that's usually the same day or first thing the following morning. For UK and UAE clients it's typically within the same business day. You'll also receive an auto-confirmation immediately after submitting.
Do I need to have a detailed brief ready?
No. A rough idea is enough to start. The form asks for as much or as little as you're ready to share. We'll ask the right questions on the discovery call to fill in the gaps and scope the project properly.

I've had bad experiences with offshore agencies. Why would Amatrons be different?
We understand. The short answer: everything is in writing. Fixed price, written contract, NDA before we discuss anything sensitive, 90-day warranty, and IP ownership transferred on completion. If we miss the timeline through our own fault, you receive a pro-rata refund. These aren't policies — they're contractual clauses.
