05Client Deliverables & IP Transfer

The ownership of intellectual property in deliverables created for clients is governed by the specific agreement entered into between Amatrons Technologies and the client. The default positions are:

Until full payment is received, all deliverables remain the intellectual property of Amatrons Technologies Pvt Ltd. Partial delivery does not constitute a transfer of IP.

06Client-Provided Materials

When clients provide us with materials (logos, brand assets, copy, data, images, audio, video, or other content) to use in the delivery of our services, the client represents and warrants that:

• They own or have the necessary rights and permissions to use all materials provided
• The use of those materials by Amatrons Technologies in delivering the agreed services does not infringe the IP rights of any third party
• They indemnify Amatrons Technologies against any claims arising from use of client-provided materials

Amatrons Technologies retains no ownership over client-provided materials and will use them solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed services.

07AI-Generated Content

Where Amatrons Technologies uses AI tools to generate content as part of client deliverables, the following principles apply:

• AI-generated outputs are reviewed, edited, and curated by our team before delivery
• The copyright position on purely AI-generated content varies by jurisdiction and is an evolving area of law. Under current Indian law, copyright subsists in works created by human authors, and AI-generated content may have a less certain copyright status
• Clients are advised to seek their own legal counsel regarding the IP status of AI-generated content in their specific jurisdiction
• Where AI is used as a tool to assist human creative work, the resulting work may be protected by copyright in the name of the human author

Amatrons Technologies will always disclose when deliverables contain significant AI-generated components if requested by the client.

08Open Source Software

Amatrons Technologies uses open source software components in the development of client solutions. Where open source software is incorporated, we:

• Comply with all applicable open source licences (MIT, Apache 2.0, GPL, etc.)
• Inform clients where deliverables include open source components that carry licence obligations
• Do not use open source components in ways that would compromise the client's ability to use or commercialise their deliverables

Clients who receive solutions containing open source components should ensure their own use complies with the relevant licence terms.

09Third-Party IP

Our website and services may reference, integrate with, or display content from third-party platforms and tools. All third-party trademarks, logos, and brand identifiers remain the exclusive property of their respective owners.

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that any content on our website infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us immediately using the details in Section 10.

10Reporting IP Infringement

If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been infringed by any content on our website, please provide us with a written notice containing:

1. Your full name, company name (if applicable), and contact details
2. A description of the copyrighted work or IP that you claim has been infringed
3. A description of where the allegedly infringing material is located on our website (URL)
4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised
5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you are the IP owner or authorised to act on their behalf
6. Your electronic or physical signature

USA — DMCA Safe Harbour: For US-based claims, notices should comply with the requirements of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512. We have designated an agent with the US Copyright Office for receipt of DMCA takedown notices. Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. Counter-notices may be submitted in accordance with DMCA procedures.

11Enforcement

Amatrons Technologies Pvt Ltd actively protects its intellectual property rights. Any unauthorised use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of our IP may result in:

• Formal cease and desist notices
• Civil litigation for copyright or trademark infringement under Indian law
• Claims for injunctive relief, damages, and legal costs
• Referral to law enforcement where criminal infringement is suspected
