7.3 Licensing of Deliverables
Unless explicitly stated in the project agreement or invoice, Amatrons grants the client a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the final deliverables solely for the purposes stated in the project scope. This license does not include the right to:

• Resell the deliverables as-is or in modified form,
• Claim authorship or development credit without acknowledgment,
• Redistribute proprietary logic or code in open-source formats unless agreed.

Some services or deliverables may involve the integration of third-party plugins, APIs, libraries, or platforms (e.g., Google, Mailchimp, Zapier). You acknowledge that:

• Such third-party tools are governed by their own license terms.
• Amatrons does not claim ownership or control over third-party tools.
• Any breach of a third-party license is your responsibility.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

8.3 No Guarantee of Results

• Digital marketing, SEO, software development, and automation are inherently variable. We do not promise or guarantee:
• Specific traffic, revenue, or conversion results,
• Top search engine rankings or ad performance,

Success depends on many factors beyond our control, including your industry, market behavior, client participation, and competitive landscape.

8.4 Third-Party Service Disclaimer

9.4 AI and Automation Tools
AI-based suggestions, predictions, or auto-generated content do not replace human judgment or expert consultation. Amatrons is not liable for:

• Misuse of automated features
• Legal or business losses arising from decisions made based on AI-generated data

9.5 Force Majeure

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials provided to you (including CMS logins, FTP, cPanel, analytics dashboards, etc.).

Any unauthorized use under your account will be considered your responsibility unless proven otherwise.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of:

India, where Amatrons Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is officially registered

With due recognition to applicable laws in other jurisdictions (such as the European Union, the United States, and the UAE), when services are provided or used in those regions

For example:

• Users from the European Union are protected under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
